Noted: 1975 Phil Grace 7ft 2" x 20" x 3.5" swallow tail, yellow tint, rail lap, textured deck, semi-keel fin. The swallow tail is scooped; while the fin has no leg-rope hole there appears to be remnants of a leg-rope bridge on the tail. In August 2020, Brendan Carney reported (edited): David Moore (made Pure Soul) boards in a converted flat at his parents house in Vincentia. He hand shaped the boards, sprayed and glassed them, and even made his own fins. Some of us young guys would help sometimes. Dave was a great free hand shaper and a great artist, in those days (his boards often) would have full murals and full gloss finish. |
