Design - Jet Bottom
Photographs by Simon Chipper
The Kewarra Jet bottom design is made to use the water and not allow it to just slide by.
The lines in the board form X patterns which in actual fact are the same as those formed by a converging- diverging nozzle jet.
Water cannot be compressed!
Only accelerated!
These patterns are the same from all points therefore being equal and there is no drag - equal pull from all sides.

Now you can go fast on the wave and just simply stand there.
The board's bottom adheres better to the wave than any other conventional bottom.
Stall like you've never stalled before, with the slightest touch and do pull outs when you think - no way.
The greatest thing about the "eye" pattern is that it can work on virtually any type of craft that moves on or thru the water the water.
- Erle Pedersen and Jick Mebane.
