COMMENTS:
On the day, Bennett employees recalled this template was commonly referred to as a Paddle Pop Stick.
A general, all purpose design, it is perhaps an early version of what is now termed a Mini-Mal or, as indicated in the press release below, a Fun-board, noted as "noseride's (sic) the best of all shapes."
