NOTES
BOARD HISTORY: Photographs and dimensions, May 2011 by Garry Crockett. Garry located the board in preparing exhibit pieces for Surf City Exhibition Museum of Sydney, September 2011. Many thanks to Garry and ?? ??. See the Surf City Blog at: http://blogs.hht.net.au/surfcity/ DESIGN HISTORY : An exquisite example of a brief design phase, note slight vee bottom in the tail and the chamfered pod, a direct precedent to the Vee Bottom, mid-1967. Significantly prompted by
the boom in noseriding and Nat's World Contest win with
a high aspect Greenough fin in 1966, this design by
Midget was one of many variations of the period.
